Amazingly Fit

I have always been into fitness for as long as I remember. I am so lucky to be a PT as i can work with my passion for fitness but can also inspire others to have the same passion.

I am Master Functional trainer:
TRX; Kettlebells Certified level 1 & Level 2 ; Battle-ropes; Mobility; Sandbags;
Punchfit Trainer
Schwinn spin instructor.

I have completed Oxfam trailwalker twice and Have completed Coastrek in Sydney three times and once in Melbourne.
I also have a passion for running having completed Marathon and half marathons many times over.

I am a member of fitness Australia and am fully insured.
