This beautiful home caters for families and groups offering well apportioned bedrooms, pool room, swimming pool, multi decked entertaining areas, complimentary use of bikes and full kitchen.

The upstairs level/apartment includes a king bed, en-suite, its own lounge and balcony, tea/coffee facilities, bar fridge and t.v in both bedroom and lounge areas. It also has the sofa bed with sprung mattress and mattress topper to ensure guest comfort.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire property, (excluding the work shed). There are also 4 bicycles at hand for your use.

The main entertaining deck has a large solid timber table perfect for el fresco lunches and dinners - is also a lovely area to hold cocktail parties, etc.

The pool table is off the open plan kitchen and includes playing cards, board games, magazines and novels. There are brochures and books to familiarise yourselves with the attractions and events happening on the Mornington Peninsula. A separate wine fridge allows for more space for food in the kitchen fridge.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas stove-top, microwave, dishwasher and most of the required electrical appliances.

The lounge consists of a dining table that can seat 10, a wood fire, large tv, DVD's, Wii and games for your use.

The built in BBQ is ready for use at all times and sits on the pool deck so pool supervision for children is uninterrupted.
