Welcome to the unique dance & fitness sport of PHYSICAL CULTURE, we call it physie.

What do we do? Variety is the spice of life so in physie we teach a bit of everything…
warm-up • ballet • exercises • aerobic dance • jazz • hip hop • stretch • yoga

Our classes are twice a week for GIRLS of all ages from 3 years up. They are held in Alstonville on Tuesday afternoons and Rous Mill Hall on Thursday afternoons. Physie promotes dance, exercise, confidence, flexibility, balance, strength, fitness and above all FUN. Our classes are very reasonably priced.

Our club is a beautiful friendly club in the heart of Alstonville. We have achieved some fantastic results in 2011 & 2012. Seeing each girl smile and achieve their best either individually or in a team is our ultimate goal. We love welcoming new members and showing everyone how great physie is.
