Almazaan Stud

Almazaan Stud was established as a business in 2009 for the purpose of breeding Arabian and Derivative Horses that would be able to perform in any discipline from dressage to endurance.

Located on 105 acres in the picturesque Adelaide Hills, our horses are raised on undulating hills of improved pastures dotted with river gums and natural creek lines.
Careful selection of foundation mares with excellent performance conformation, solid temperament and proven bloodlines were the starting point for the stud plans.The next step was finding a stallion with the same strict criteria.With these two essential tasks achieved by the end of 2010 the journey began.

I need to acknowedge my husband Andrew for his support and belief in my dream and my 4 children for their understanding and willingness to accept these beautiful creatures as part of our day to day lives.
I am also fortunate enough to have some very special friends who have laughed and cried with me along the way. Thank you girls.
