For many years Josephine has always put her heart and soul into cooking along with many hobbies she has adopted along the way. However, like anything else she kept finding herself back into baking cakes.

Starting off with her grandchildren's birthday cakes many people noticed her "natural talent." Being thrown in the deep end and self taught she outdone herself with her grandsons 1st Birthday Cake "The Lion King." This is where the journey has begun!

Josephine has decided to expand her work and begin this wonderful journey with "Allure Cake Designs"

When you have a passion that comes from the heart it always shows in your work. No doubt Jospehine has displayed this and you will not be disappointed in her work. We must mention, her cakes really do melt in your mouth!
