More about All Saints Swim Club Gold Coast QLD

A special welcome to all Gold Coast swimmers and their families for the season.

After an amazing season last year we eagerly await what our young athletes can accomplish this year. We pride our club on being on one the most welcoming and friendliest on The Gold Coast but along with that come a sense of involvement not just the swimmers but the parents as well.

Many strong friendships have developed in the canteen or in the timekeeping chairs. These jobs are all a vital part of our club and should not be deemed as a chore but more as a way of supporting your child and I can guarantee by the end of the season you will be like many others who have gotten so much out of our great club.

Be sure to collect your newsletter each week to keep up with upcoming events and carnivals as well as following us on our website and on our facebook page.

Our website is the source of all information you will require throughout the year with all important dates on display now to make planning of hectic lives that little bit easier.

This year we will be retaining our club champions trophy which rewards swimmers for attendance and continuing improvement with all swimmers being placed in a team led by a number of our Gold, Silver and Bronze squad swimmers. It is hoped these older swimmers will assist and encourage the younger newer swimmers in all aspects of swimming and show them the enjoyment possible from such a wonderful sport.

Amongst our ranks of older swimmers we are lucky to have state and national swimmers all of whom are happy to assist you by answering any questions you or your child my have.

In November we will be making our annual road trip to Ballina for our weekend away where we will compete at the Lismore carnival. This is a fantastic opportunity for all swimmers of any ability and their families to meet new friends as all are welcome to attend.
The carnival is a lot of fun with the swimmers matched up against swimmers with similar times to their own.

Please see me or any of the committee members for more information about this.
The dinner and fun held after the carnival is the best part and a great way to meet new people.

I hope you enjoy your time within the club and I look forward to meeting you all throughout the season.
