All About You

I have been a dedicated meditator for the last eight years in a non-sectarian Zen tradition. This allows me to tune out of my thoughts, and deeply into your body, to receive a better understanding of what it needs. This is where the 'intuitive' comes in. It means you get a massage that is very specific to you, and just what you need.

I have a Diploma of Remedial Massage and have studied Sports Massage, Myofacial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy and Accupressure. If you have no idea what some of those are, that's okay. They just all work together to help you unwind and work out the sore muscles.
