Alexandra Kate Artistry

Born in Wellington, New Zealand, Alexandra has always had a passion for creativity and art. After moving to Australia in 2008 her dream of being able to work in the evolving art industry came to a reality when a must attend school careers day in 2014 turned into a chance meeting with Canberra Makeup Academy (CMA). After graduating year 10 with a high distinction in 2015 she applied to CMA outside their scope of eligibility. CMA saw her potential and enthusiasm and accepted her through a rigid interview process.

She graduated from Canberra Makeup Academy as a finalist in their Awards of Excellence in the categories of ‘Student of the Year’ and ‘One to Watch’ in 2016. Alexandra is continuing her studies in a Diploma of Visual Art in 2017, along with completing her Year 12 certificate.
Her passion is high fashion and special effects makeup, throughout her career she has been thrilled to be a part of FASHFEST along with other fashion shows, theatre productions, films and photo shoots.
