Alex Lakeman

Growing up in Sydney's Northern Beaches Alex has a passion for the ocean and the great outdoors. With a young family and such joyous outlets in his life; his approach to coaching centres around the importance of keeping lifestyle and training balanced. His expertise is in helping his clients sustain their own life-passions and implementing them successfully into their daily life.

Alex currently operates out of the Primal Movement studio at 1 Ethel Avenue, Brookvale.
