My mission is to empower women to love their bodies and adopt healthier lifestyle practices through providing fun, holistic training alternatives in a supportive community. The focus is not on how you look, it’s all about you feel – strong, fit, powerful, healthy, centred and in control.

I’m committed to helping other women on their health and fitness journey, offering constant advice and encouragement throughout sessions and on the private training Facebook page.
Engaging
No two workouts are ever the same, with a mixture of high intensity interval training, strength exercises, weights, cardio, stretching, dancing and dynamic bodyweight exercises. I like to be creative when developing workouts so that you’re always trying something new and learning more.
Inclusive
The programs I deliver are adapted to suit all fitness levels, so even if you haven’t done any exercise for quite some time there will still be variations you can do. I offer ‘women’s only’ classes to create a supportive female community where all body shapes and sizes are welcome.
