AKW Fitness

AKW fitness BELIEVES that there is no one image that represents health. I believe that goals should be based on HEALTH and HAPPINESS, not numbers on the scale. I like to keep my classes FUN and ENERGETIC where no two sessions will be the same. All classes are written to suit your personal goals and needs, whilst challenging you to exceed your limits.

I offer a wide range of services including:
- One on one
- Two on one
- Group Training (4+)
- Mobile PT
- Outdoor Bootcamps
- Running groups
- Circuit training

Sessions can be held at Anytime Fitness in Kiama, or if you prefer the outdoors, I specialise in mobile PT, wether it be in the comfort of your own home or at the local park, I am happy to travel to you (within the Illawarra).
