TAEKWONDO: suitable for all ages from 5yo. Teaches Discipline Confidence Concentration Fitness and fun. These attributes are life skills and assist student is all areas of life.
HAPKIDO: Suitable for teen to adult , beginners to advance. One on one & group strategies. Pressure point & joint techniques compliment a full range of head to toe kicking, a wide variety of hand strikes and effective blocking techniques.
Ladies Self Defence Courses: for ladies only from teen to adult. A basic introduction to self defence this 6 week course covers many aspects of personal security, teaching basic proven effective defence techniques as well as risk assessment and avoidance, self defence & the law. The take home handbook is a valuable tool for future reference and revision. Classes are pre booked to minimum 10, maximum 16 students per intake
