He is currently a consulting practice lead specialising in organisational development, business process improvement, technology integration, knowledge management and transformational change management.
Andy has held senior Human Resources, Organisational Development, Industrial Relations and Training & Development and Business improvement roles in addition to his years as a consultant specialising in Lean Six Sigma, business improvement and change management. His experience also includes extensive background in Strategy development, leadership and coaching and his attributes include strong business acumen, a passion for improvement and innovation, strong facilitation skills and pragmatic problem solving supported by his personable warmth and underlying sense of humour.
