There are times in our lives when we need someone to bear witness to our experiences and listen to our stories, both positive and painful.
I am a counsellor and psychotherapist and I take great pride in my compassionate, person centred approach that is uniquely tailored to each of my client's needs.

I welcome adult clients who seek an empathic listener and qualified counsellor whilst they unpack their stories and cultivate positive change in their lives.

I offer both traditional counselling sessions in my comfortable room on site, and also offer walk and talk therapy sessions in and around the beautiful town of Stirling in the Adelaide Hills (for those people who prefer the outdoors).

I specialise in Health At Every Size® (HAES®) and incorporate HAES philosophies into my inclusive, respectful counselling that focuses on well-being and self-compassion for my clients.
I explore mindful based approaches with clients who wish to eat more intuitively and add more mindful movement to their lives.
My personal experience and specialist training in these areas assists me to hold space with clients who also wish to make peace with their bodies.
