AFL Active Swan Hill

AFL Active is coming to Swan Hill. Sessions will start in July and run Sundays during school terms. There is a free trial class on July 10.
Classes will start at 10.00am.
The sessions are AFL-themed group fitness, built around fitness components used in an AFL match. Participants will train strength, cardiovascular fitness, agility, balance, flexibility and more.
This is a complete, invigorating workout using footballs to add to the fun and the different challenges. Football skills are not required and classes are suitable for most fitness levels.
The goal is to have fun – and we will – and get fitter and healthier at the same time.
Price: $9/class or $67.50 upfront for the 9 weeks/classes.
