I have had an interest in design, painting and renovating homes for as long as I can remember. Growing up in a 'Queenslander' style house in Rockhampton, older homes have become my true passion as they convey warmth, character and history.
My travels have taken me to many places including 12 years in Canada and some time in Europe where my style was heavily influenced by the simplicity of primitive American design and French country. I believe less is more. However, surrounding yourself with a few beautiful things is definitely necessary for the soul.
Our homes tell 'our' story and reflect who we are and this is what I aim to achieve with each of my clients, no matter what their style or budget. With some imagination and of course, a little hard work anything is possible. You do not have to spend a fortune to produce amazing results and beautiful rooms can be created simply by decluttering, reorganising rooms and reusing old items.
