Aerobic Gymnastics is a high impact, high energy sport which abides by the FIG code of points. Aerobic Gymnastics develops agility, co-ordination and self confidence for all athletes and while its also building strength and flexibility.
Not only is Aerobic Gymnastics a great way to exercise but it is an exciting and fun competitive sport!

At aeroMOVES we train our athletes towards our state competitions that they can either compete in or participate in. Many of our successful athletes have had the opportunities to represent South Australia at the Annual National Championships!
