Boat mooring:
Please note, there are plans for a private jetty in the future, however the water lends itself to protective mooring into the bank. The water depth in front of the property is between 1 – 1.2m, therefore we suggest boat owners check this suitability for their boat prior to booking.

Parties and Functions:
Rental of this property is for domestic holiday purposes only. Parties and functions are not permitted. Bookings made contrary to this, will result in the loss of security bond. Tents are strictly not permitted. The maximum number of guests permitted at this property at any one time is 14.
