So you're wanting to lose some weight, tone up a bit, improve your image or general wellbeing & health and you have been trying but you might need some help and that is why you have come to this page! Perfect - I can definitely help you! My name is Jess and I began Adore Fitness not too long after I sat my PT course back in 2011! I have been exercising and competing in sport since a very young age and I cant remember not ever exercising throughout my life so far! I absolutely LOVE to learn so I have just been expanding my knowledge ever since I grasped a lot of concepts in health & fitness!

I have achieved MANY MANY awesome medals and titles throughout my years of sport and I felt I wanted to help the less educated people (who were particularly women) around me to get in shape! As the highly valuable information I held was of such HIGH demand but also at a HIGH price - I didnt feel that was fair! We should learn in school at a young age how to look after our health, wellbeing and body image - to maintain a healthy mind and positive outlook on life! :)
So,
- my prices aren't aren't rediculous
- you're going to learn during your PT sessions with me
- once you tell me your goal, I will get you there while teaching you how on the way

If you don't want real results then look somewhere else! I am serious about what I do so I am looking to take on the serious people! :)

I have a very cheap weekly kid friendly group fitness class - hit me up for me info!

I provide mindset coaching as well - as once you can learn to control your mind, you can conquer almost anything!
