It has delightful gardens, full of kitchen herbs, views of the Sydney Central Business District (CBD) and glimpses of Sydney Harbour. It is also within short and easy travelling distance to the CBD, by bus or ferry and close to the Birkenhead Outlet Shopping Mall.
