I have always been obsessed with sport and fitness, so what better way to extend my passion than to make it my career. The name Adira comes from Hebrew origin of strong, powerful and great. My aim is for you to leave each and every session feeling exactly this way. I have an enormous passion to help those with chronic illnesses, using exercise as a therapeutic modality. My belief is that EXERCISE IS MEDICINE and can improve the quality of life of each and every person.
