- bunk room (sleeps up to nine) with its own bathroom

It has a large open living area, dining room and full kitchen flowing onto balcony with outdoor dining & BBQ, separate downstairs living area and kitchenette, games room and bar, reverse cycle heating and airconditioning, laundry and ski-drying room and a fenced house area and paddock for guests with horses
(due to native wildlife domestic pets are strictly prohibited on the property).

Discounted rates available for smaller groups.

Terms and conditions: Balance of rental owing payable prior to commencement of rental. Full Payment required for bookings less than 21 days in advance of use.

Bond Payable: $1000.00 on authorized credit card imprint held for 14 days after check out. The imprint will be destroyed upon confirmation that all is well at the rented property.

Cancellation policy: Full refund if the house is re-let. More than 30 days notice half of deposit refunded. Less than 30 days, no refund. Admin fees apply.
