I quit my job at age 26 and was a bonafide property development multi-millionnaire within just 3 years, but my greatest accomplishment is the wealth I've built for others. My mission in life is to help others make serious money from property investment and property development. What I want to help you do is make money safely, to take the risk out of investing, and to make serious money, I mean serious money, fast.

I’m not your typical real estate presenter or promoter. Why? Because unlike every other presenter out there, I make my money not from presenting, but from investing in real property, doing real deals.

In the last 3 years, I have completed 14 development projects across Brisbane and Queensland. Every one of my deals is fully documented. Every one of my deals is real and these deals have made me wealthy fast.

My personal property deals have allowed me to quit my job in just three years and to live the life I want. I no longer need a job, I don’t need a boss and I don’t need to care about all the things that most people are forced to worry about.

It’s true, I’ve made big money in a short timeframe. I’m still only in my twenties, but I have a larger fortune that most people do in their entire working life.

But I haven’t let it go to my head. Instead, I have written it all down and I am now presenting my powerful 3 step method to people like you. That is, people who want to build serious wealth from property, and who want to do it fast.

I’ve called my simple three step system, the Easy Pennisi System. What else would I call it!

Anyway, there is one thing I can promise you. That is that I won’t be presenting to too many people. I would love to but because my primary focus is doing deals I simply don’t have the time. Last year I presented my 3 step Easy Pennisi System just once to a small, select group of 25 investors.
