Hi, my name is Jenelle and I’m a qualified remedial massage therapist.

I have recently relocated to the Tablelands from Western Australia and I’m pumped to be able to offer my services to the crew at Crossfit HBZ. How convenient is it to have an onsite massage therapist!

I like to incorporate a variety of techniques into my remedial treatments, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy and myofascial release.
Ultimately, it’s about you and your body and getting it working at its best or even just treating yourself. Massage can help you recover faster between workouts, ease muscle pain and increase flexibility.
