Active Ambitions provides personal training and group fitness programs for the rural and remote communities on the East Coast of Tasmania.

Active Ambitions offers a range of programs to suit everyones abilities and fitness levels. Programs include;
AA Cardio Blitz (45 minutes) - Cardio
AA Power Force (45 minutes) - Strength & Muscular Endurance
AA Power House (45 minutes) (To be confirmed*) - Boxing*
AA Super Charge (60 minutes) - Combination*
AA Wander Walkers (60 minutes) -Walking Group
AA Little Ones (30-40 minutes) - Children 1 to 5*
AA Family Tree (60 minutes) - Whole Family
