ACES UTS

The Australian Collaborative Entrepreneurial Society (ACES) is a not-for-profit student run organisation at the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS). ACES was founded in 2009 with the goal of providing the platform, support and network for rising leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators, problem solvers, and corporate Australia to interconnect.

Our mission is to encourage, assist, and connect UTS students, whilst supporting them in achieving their entrepreneurial aspirations within the startup ecosystem.

We are the face of student entrepreneurship and innovation, and the central hub and multi-faceted channel for connecting and networking between students, faculty, internal and external stakeholders, and industry partners, with a vested interest in student entrepreneurship.

It is for this reason that ACES (Australian Collaborative Entrepreneurial Society) was founded in 2007 with a goal to provide the platform, network and support for rising leaders, influential entrepreneurs and corporate Australia to interconnect.

Boasting an extremely successful alumni consisting of entrepreneurs in a range of different sectors, ACES has proved that it’s active role in promoting leadership, innovation and creativity is one veritably unparalleled within the university and throughout Australia.

Over the years we have played host to many events that have established ACES as a robust student organisation with the capabilities to provide our internal and external members with connections to the rapidly growing entrepreneurial scene.

Yet our work is never done – for there is always more to be learnt, more to be taught and more to understand, for it is innovation and entrepreneurship that continues to drive and shape the business world as we know it.
