Danielle Gonsal (Dip. Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultation) combines her knowledge and experience of Ayurveda with compassion and understanding for each individual’s life journey. Imbalances are addressed in the consultation process, with a focus on returning to balance through diet, lifestyle changes, herbal preparations and cleansing and rejuvenation practices. Massages and therapeutic treatments assist the path of healing and are an integrated part of treatment at Abundant Health Ayurveda.
