Step outside onto the wrap around balcony and enjoy the outdoor setting soaking up the views. Look north to Brisbane or south to Coolangatta Spectacular! Situated on the 15th floor, you are close enough to see surfers and dolphins in the waves and watch whales migrating.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed and brand new ensuite bathroom. Open the curtains to see the surfers in action as the outlook is over Main Beach. There is a wall mounted flat screen TV and DVD in the main bedroom.

The spacious second bedroom has stunning ocean views all the way south to Coolangatta. There are 2 single beds, which can be made into a queen size bed, via a special zipping system. A study area is included in this room with the addition of a desk and chair. Wi Fi is a available at a small additional cost.

The third bedroom has stunning ocean views south to Coolangatta. There are 2 single beds.

All 3 bedrooms have built in cupboards and stunning ocean views.

There is a brand new family bathroom complete with bath, shower, toilet and vanity. A hair dryer is provided.

The ultra modern kitchen is fully equipped for your needs, and includes a Miele dishwasher, built in Miele microwave, built in Miele oven, Miele cook top, Miele range hood and full size fridge / freezer. Stone bench tops with a waterfall edge and eat at island bench.

There is a separate laundry which has a washer, dryer, clothes rack, iron and ironing board for your convenience.

All linen items are supplied - sheets, blankets and bath towels.

Beach towels, wave boards, a rollaway bed, porta cot with linen, and a high chair can also be hired.
