Above n Beyond Cleaning is a social enterprise that applies commercial strategies to maximising social improvements in women’s lives. We are strongly invested in supporting women and their families towards independence, empowerment, wellness, safety and freedom.
How?
We guarantee that $5.00 of every clean will go towards supporting local women to secure employment and build a better life for themselves and their children.
What?
The aim of the social enterprise is to develop a profitable cleaning business while providing sustainable employment pathways for local women currently facing social disadvantage. If you support this business more women will find new pathways to employment, independence, safety and security away from domestic violence.
Why?
Over the years The Women’s Centre has identified that certain groups of women are unable to find employment and therefore have little or no income to enable them to support their families and keep their homes. The Mercy Foundation has provided a financial grant to assist The Women’s Centre, in partnership with Townsville Multicultural Support Group, to end homelessness for women and their families.
