My whole philosophy behind fitness is you have to cater for the custom person. There are so many one size fits all plans out there and lots of trainers that would just sell 1 off plans. But in that they do not cater for change, your results and ensuring that you stay on the right path instead of a quick fix. My meal plans change with your measurements to ensure that you get results. Then training will be quite different to anything you have done before with the intention of burning a lot of calories while building the right type of muscle groups to enhance your physique
