1. Premium Crab Meat is produced using only the lump and claw meat and is the number 1 selling Blue Swimmer Crab Meat in Australia
2. Crab Liquor – is a crab stock that has a delicate fresh flavour that can be used in the production of soups, sauces and value added meal production
3. Blue Swimmer Crab Cake – this exciting new product will be available for the food service sector early September 2011. The crab cake has been developed in conjunction with a group of Australian and International chefs who operate at the top end of Australian food service industry. The Australian crab cake concept was first showcased in Sydney at Restaurant 2010. The response from this show confirmed that the Blue Swimmer Crab Cake will be a highly sort after product for crab lovers for years to come
