“5 Star Physique” is a team of two experienced certified personal trainers, female trainer Silvia Kovacsova who is Current Professional figure athlete and male trainer Daniel Fletcher who is also Australian Bodybuilding Champion. .
Silvia specialising in female clients and helping women who have trouble with slimming their legs and thighs, and trimming their tummy by utilizing proven training & nutritional techniques developed over years of competing. Silvia is also highly rated Fitness Competition coach.
Daniel is working with male and female clients in all ages a specializes in strength and functional training, nutritional planning, muscle gain, bodybuilding, weight loss, fat loss.
Both Daniel and Silvia are successful certified personal trainers with many years of experience helping individuals, couples and athletes with their fitness goals.
