If you click on the website listed below you can book Personal Training appointments I offer or the S&C Bootcamp which is for 8 weeks only starting week of 1st February 2016. It will come up as K''s Fit Angels however I am in the process of changing this to 4vrfit personal training so for now the website will direct you to where you need to go to book anything I am offering. My times are only short however until I get more clients I will only be offering limited hours. For those signing up for the Strength & Conditioning Bootcamp please see the S&C Bootcamp tab and click on this it will ask you to sign up now. Click on sign up and if you are new to the site add your first and last name it will then ask you to create an account which you only need to put email phone number and password in which will then log you into the site. If you have been on the site before you may use your login details. From here you click on the S&C Bootcamp tab and sign up for one of the Junior sessions or one of the Senior sessions. It will ask you to enroll and then you pay and your spot is saved for the 8 weeks !!
