I work in the outdoors and use Body Weight Exercises with focus on core as well as drills to improve your cardio performance and Boxing workouts. You'll get fitter and lose weight without it being the sole focus.
Regular group sessions Mondays at 6am (mixed). Thursday at 17:30 (women). One on one sessions and private group sessions available at other times upon request.
