Situated just across the road from the main beach, your front balcony is the perfect place to relax and take in the atmosphere.
This beautiful style apartment is located on the second level of the complex. The shady balcony is a perfect place for open dining. The Aquarius complex comes complete with underground security parking with internal access, swimming pool and spacious gas BBQ area at the rear of the property, all protected with outdoor weather sails. Sorry, no lift, no pets and no smoking.
This stunning apartment has all the modern conveniences you could wish for, including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The open plan living area is very tastefully decorated and opens out onto the front balcony which has an outdoor setting with padded seats, a perfect place for lazy holiday dining.
There is an ensuite off the main bedroom and a second bathroom for the other two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a built-in robe and a queen sized bed with comfortable furnishings. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with built-ins and the third bedroom has 2 singles and a trundle bed. Most suitable for two couples. The large screened windows ensure there will always be a sea breeze to cool the apartment on even the warmest summer days. Ceiling fans are install in all bedrooms to complement the sea breeze.

Welcome to our Beach Retreat
Hawks Nest provides a range of facilities and activities for both the active and the not so active.
• For the not so active, stay where you are and relax. The beach is just there in front of you to listen to, for sunning yourself or for a stroll along the water’s edge. Access
• For the more active there is: surfing, golfing, with boat hire and fishing at Tea Gardens.
• Dining: Benchmark on Booner (just around the corner), Hawks Nest Golf Club (behind caravan park) or various restaurants in Hawks Nest and Tea Gardens. Great hamburger joint in Hawks Nest for lunch.
• Shopping: Coles shopping centre in Tea Gardens for major things. Minor items in Hawks Nest.

Things to Know
• You will need to take your own linen. This includes sheets, pillow cases , tea towels and bath/ beach towels.
• Bedding configuration; 2 queen and 3 singles. All beds have doonas, blankets and pillows. Extra blankets are in the cupboards.
• The kitchen is fully equipped. Everything you would normally need is there (including a dishwasher).
• A full laundry is there if you get bored!
• There is a BBQ and seating in the pool complex: Feel free to use it. Access toilet with blue key.
• There is a DVD and CD player with a small assortment of discs available. Bring along your favourites.
• Body Corporate laws have nominated NO pets allowed.
• The unit is NO SMOKING. Please use the balcony if you must.

Directions
From Newcastle, take the main highway north. Go past the Ayers Rock servo and then take the right turn off to Tea Gardens (11kms). Note the Bi-Low on the left at Tea Gardens. Continue through Tea Gardens over the “singing” bridge (yes it does on a windy day). Turn right to Hawks Nest, past the shops and then left at the roundabout. This is Booner St, head towards the surf club and past the motel/restaurant to turn right into Bennett St. Turn left into the 2nd concrete drive with a red fire hydrant in the front garden (No 10).
Access to the carpark is from 10 Bennett St. Door clearance is only 2.1m
• Go down driveway between the town houses to see the carpark roller door at the end.
• Stop at the key box on the right beside the pool fence.
• To open the door, insert the blue security key and turn.
• Parking for unit 4 is on the left.
• Stairs up to unit (2nd level) are on the left. Use the house key to enter the unit.
• Congratulations – You’ve made it!

Other info
• To exit the carpark, drive up to the sensor pad for the door opener to activate.
• The security key allows entry the side doors into the carpark, internal stairs and BBQ area toilet
• External gates are coded – see keyring (Code C0157)
• Pool, Shower & BBQ can be access from carpark or via a coded gate.
• Beach access is through the front entry on Beach Rd. Take the beach track access to the right. It is quicker than going via the surf club and you dodge the crowds.
