The Australian Air Force Cadets (AAFC) is a youth development organisation administered and supported by the Royal Australian Air Force, open to young Australians aged 13-17 who can then remain in the organisation until they turn 20.
The aim of the AAFC is, by predominantly voluntary effort, to better equip young people for community life by fostering initiative, leadership, discipline and loyalty through a training programme which is also designed to stimulate an interest in the Royal Australian Air Force.
333 (Port Macquarie) Squadron is located at the Port Macquarie Regional Airport. The Squadron parades from 5:30pm-9:00pm on Tuesday evenings during school terms.
Some activities undertaken by the AAFC include flying, gliding, fieldcraft, adventure training, firearms safety training, drill and ceremonial and aeromodelling.
If you are interested in joining either drop in and see us on a Tuesday night or email our Administration Officer (admino.333sqn@aafc.org.au)
