Hi my name is Alana and Health and fitness has always been a big part of my life. Playing sports was a major influence in my life growing up and has lead me onto the path that I am following now, studying to become a personal trainer. I am undertaking this study through FIT College (www.fitcollege.edu.au)

I've created 3.2.1 Fitness in order to inspire and help others who are looking to become healthier and happier versions of themselves. After graduating I hope to show people that through exercise and leading an healthy lifestyle that they can become the best versions of themselves!
