3 in 1 Kitchen on Dean Street

Who / what’s 3 in 1 Kitchen? We wanted to represent three different cuisines in the one kitchen, being Lao, Thai and Vietnamese.

Our kitchen is operated & managed by Derek & Kath Phavanh. We are honored to be the first to introduce the Vietnamese bread rolls (aka Asian sandwich / bunh mi) and Lao/Thai (takeaway) restaurant to Rockhampton and nearby cities.

We were inspired by diversities of the streets & markets food that we have had the privileged and accustomed to and are proud to share our culture and heritage through these cuisines.
