This challenge has been designed as an ass-kicking tool for people who have goals they want to achieve, yet are struggling to achieve them. Want to “lose a few kilos” (or a lot)? This is just what you need.

It’s not called a “no BS” challenge for no reason. If you want to achieve results within 28 days, you can, but it means no BS excuses for not exercising, and no BS lack of willpower when you are faced with temptation.

This challenge will arm you with the tools you need to succeed. What to do, what not to do, when and why.

You'll receive a copy of our 100 page challenge book, filled with information to help you achieve your goals. It contains a plethora of healthy (family friendly) recipes, an eating plan and an exercise plan, both of which are completely flexible, so whether you have injuries or ailments or specific dietary requirements or restrictions, everything can be modified to suit. All the exercises can be done from anywhere around the globe, with no equipment required. No excuses. No BS.

You'll have access to our YouTube channel which has demonstrations of all of the exercises, as well as our private Facebook group, which is a great support group, a great place to make friends, whinge together and celebrate together.

If you're local to us, you're welcome to train with us if you'd like, however that's completely optional. The cost to participate in the challenge is only $60 (or $67 if you require your book to be posted to you), or if you'd like to have access to unlimited group sessions throughout the 28 days, you can do so for a combined cost of $150.
