The 28 Day Challenge is a 4 week challenge that runs all year around which incorporates outdoor and indoor sessions in groups of 15-25 participants. Our sessions focus on making exercise fun and is suitable for all ages, abilities and are inclusive so that each person feels comfortable and can achieve their goals.
Challenges run all year round and many participants are permanently part of the team. Focus on nutrition, motivation and not just the physical side are important to us so that everyone can identify their strengths and weaknesses and reach their goals!
