This house is usually rented as 3 independent units but I realise there are times when families and friends or work/sporting groups would like to be able to stay at the same residence.

I would just like to outline details of the bedrooms.

1 x single bed
NOTE for this unit only the single bed is best suited for a child as it is accessed through the main bedroom and bathroom.
1 x bathroom with shower

Unit 2
2 bedroom unit
1 x king bed
1 x queen bed
1 x bathroom with shower

Unit 3 (upstairs)
3 bedrooms
2 x king beds
1 x queen bed
2 bathrooms, 1 with bath with shower over, 1 with shower

No parties
No pets
No private functions
This property caters for a maximum of 13 guests only.
All units have fully equiped kitchens however unit 2 does not have a dishwasher.
All units have washing machines
All units have flat screen televisions with foxtel (10 channels)
All units have their own balcony with table and chairs
Large BBQ on balcony of unit 3
2nd BBQ in common area near pool and outdoor table and 8 chairs
First aid kits in each unit
Fire extinguisher and fire blanket in kitchen of every unit
Upstairs balcony fully lockable
Small grassed area fully fenced

3 lock up garages with remote controls (1 per unit)
