Our mission at 24 Fitclub Illawarra is to help and support people with their health and fitness goals. We believe that in order to get the positive results of a healthy, active body you need to have 80% nutrition and 20% fitness. We are about educating people that exercise alone is not enough.

We want to empower people by encouraging them to move, be healthy and remain positive. With the right community around us we can achieve anything.
