Joined the Information Technology 'industry' in 1999 - just in time for the much anticipated 'Y2K' hype. A lot has changed since this time & the technology has moved at a staggering pace.

I have experienced many technologies, operating systems, applications, hardwares and of course people during this period. I have perfomed roles at all levels - from helpdesk in small work centres to being Subject Matter Expert at Global Enterprises.

Prior to 1999 - I was a Sworn member of the Victoria Police Force (for approx. 10 years) which afforded me a myriad of personal experiences not available in the 'corporate' world. It also provided me with some very important skills, such as Document/Report Writing, Public Speaking/Presentation, Conflict Resolution, Analysis Skills, Evidence Gathering, Fact Finding & Confirmation, Interviewing Skills & Leadership.
