The inspiration of the name 1st Chapter Coffee was established from the fact that it is my first business and a new chapter of my life.

As the slogan goes
"Shay's way to start the day"
I believe that the first chapter of everyone's day should kick start with a great coffee :)

The Angel wings on my logo symbolizes my Grandma that passed away, she started the family business that lead me to this opportunity,
her legacy lives on through each coffee.
