Hi, I'm Lisa Twelftree, the owner and Manager of 12Tree Personal Training. I started 12Tree Personal Training in 2013 to be able to work from home and give my clients the benefit of a comfortable home studio, training and nutrition guidance that is focused on getting you the client the best results you have ever had.
So a bit about myself. I am married and a mother of two. I have been a Personal Trainer and Qualified Group Instructor for 3 years and I LOVE helping people transform!
My own Body Transformation journey has helped me a lot in learning different dietary information and training techniques that give consistent results. I have achieved body fat loss and created lean muscle definition that has given me the look I have always wanted. I know how to achieve the results you want. I will teach you how to feel healthy, energized and empowered while achieving the best results you have ever had. Always remember to be your best and give your best!
