WAT this means?

Almost everything that we serve at 1000WAT has been raised and produced by us. That means that we can ensure quality and consistency at every stage of the process.

The rice that we use is the CP Royal Umbrella rice, an award-winning rice that is superbly fragrant and produced in our own plantation in Khamphaeng Phet region (just like single-malt whisky, our rice is single region rice!)

We know that our prawns have been raised in a sustainable manner and that the cold-chain from farm to cooking process is world's best.

Most of all... We are Thai! We believe we know a thing or two about Thai cuisine.
