Lani Deves is an experienced personal trainer, having been a Martial Arts instructor for over 15 years, and a Personal Trainer for 6. She has worked with young teenagers, athletes and post rehab patients as well as in Osteoporosis Prevention and Diabetes programs with older adults. She has a passion for intelligent evidence based training that is both fun and challenging for people of all levels and ages.
She also enjoys helping people find Strength and develop body awareness and skills that are transferable to every day activities. But mainly, so you can become the superhero or action star you always knew your could be!
