Xtend Barre fuses the flow and cardio of dance with the strengthening and toning of pilates to give you a full body work out. Classes are low impact and beginner friendly.
No experience is required and we can modify moves to suit pre/post natal clients as well as any injuries. We also challenge existing clients by advancing moves to keep you on your toes and ensure you continue to see results!
When attending 3 or more times per week you will notice improved strength, posture, tone and weightloss if combined with a healthy, balanced diet.
