Xclusive Health and Fitness - Carly Agot

My name is Carly Agot. I started my business 'Xclusive Health and Fitness' to spread my passion for fitness and to have a positive impact on others by helping them introduce and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.

I am a local Kalgoorlie girl who grew up playing all sports. I travelled the state and internationally for my sports which lead to my passion for the industry. I have been working in the fitness industry for almost 8 years having experience in Personal Training and Group Fitness. I have taken on sporting teams for preseason training and have also had experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach.

I kick start my business in April 2016 and will be offering a Mums and Bubs session as well as a high intensity fitness session called Xtreme Fitness.
