The workouts are designed specifically for women and target the problem areas of our bodies..... especially after having children!
With a mix of cardio, functional movement, boxing and free weights to help us develop stronger, leaner, healthier bodies.
I'm a busy mum of two daughters and know how hard it can be to fit in time to workout, so I currently have morning and evening sessions available to suit those who can workout straight after school dropoff or after work.
I also have a Kids room for mums who have toddlers/pre-schoolers for the morning sessons. No excuses!! You can still train and bring your kids at no extra charge. Max 4 children per session, so you will need to book your child in.

Fri 6.30pm - 7.30pm
